Robert Half came to us looking to breathe new life into their social presence. While their brand guidelines were clean and corporate, they needed help translating that into content that felt engaging, relevant, and scroll-stopping.

As Associate Creative Director on the project, I led the creative direction—developing concepts that played into current trends, relatable workplace moments, and human-first storytelling. I also worked closely with them to carve out a distinct look and feel specifically for social, one that gave us room to bend the rules a bit—introducing playful color accents, simple shapes, and a more expressive tone.

Our team layered in thoughtful, modern design to wrap their existing content in visuals that brought clarity, movement, and personality to the feed. This project is a great example of how design, voice, and strategy can elevate even the most buttoned-up brands—turning static content into something that actually connects.
