Each year, Summit House hosts a company-wide retreat bringing together team members from all of its agencies—including Oust, where I was based for three years. I had the opportunity (and responsibility!) to lead the design direction for our retreat merch, year after year.

From concepting to execution, I spearheaded the visual identity across items like sweatshirts, hats, enamel pins, tote bags, and more—creating practical, high-quality pieces that felt thoughtful, cohesive, and just plain cool. While I collaborated with the incredible operations team to bring it all to life, the creative direction, design work, and overall brand feel were fully driven by me.

The goal was always the same: create merch that people actually wanted to wear, that reflected the spirit of Summit House, and that made our retreat feel a little more special (and a lot more stylish).
